About Treya

Treya Magdalena Jaholkowska is a guide devoted to the remembrance of our deeper nature and the reclamation of the divine feminine. Her work invites women into embodied presence, weaving together spiritual insight, sacred sound, and ancient wisdom traditions—awakening the body, the senses, and the deep feminine intelligence that lives within. Her spaces invite a return to what is intuitive, instinctual, rooted, and alive. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach, with years of experience holding and facilitating sacred, transformational spaces for women. An artist at heart, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is also a musician, weaving beauty, texture, and emotional depth into everything she offers. As the Director of a Montessori school and a teacher of music and art, she brings a unique integration of creativity, awareness, and holistic development into both education and spiritual work. Her path has been shaped by years of devotion, exploration and service. From 2006 to 2013, she lived and studied across Hawaii, India, and Europe—immersed in spiritual practice, community life, and pilgrimage. Time spent with Indigenous Hawaiian communities, ashram life and sacred journey across India continues to inform the depth and sincerity of her work. Rooted in devotional and non-dual traditions, and deeply inspired by feminine spiritual lineages, her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern embodiment. A recent pilgrimage to the sacred lands of Southern France—walking the path of Mary Magdalene—further ignited her devotion to reclaiming feminine wisdom and remembering what has long been silenced. Through her grounded and intuitive approach, women are invited to reconnect with their true essence, explore archetypal energies, and awaken a deeper, more authentic relationship with themselves and life.
